Earth Hour originally started 2007 in Australia and more than 2 million homes and businesses turned off their lights for one hour to make their stand against climate change. 2009 hundreds of millions of people turned off their lights to support this campaign.
Earth Hour 2010 takes place on Saturday 27 March at 8.30pm local time and is a global call to action to every individual, every business and every community throughout the world. We at Thailandecoportal.com will turn off our lights for the Earth Hour and we urge all our visitors around the world to join this statement against climate change.
Earth Hour is organized by WWF. With almost 5 million supporters and a global network in over 100 countries, it’s one of the world's largest and most respected independent conservation organizations.
